Meet CASA Volunteer Travis!
We’re proud to highlight on of our dedicated advocates, Travis, whose commitment to serving children in foster care truly reflects the heart of CASA.
A husband of 20 years to his wife, Amber, and a proud dad to Maddox, Broden, and Stella, Travis balances a full life with deep compassion and a strong sense of purpose. He works for Isca, a global company based out of Israel, and also keeps busy as a real estate agent with the Grider Group at Alpha Realty MO.
Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying time with his family, shooting hoops, or cruising in one of his old cars.
Travis first heard about CASA through a friend and board member, Tony Hopkins, and after attending a coffee with CASA event, he knew it was the right fit. With a passion for helping youth and a desire to serve the community, he stepped into the role of advocate-and hasn’t looked back.
When asked how he feels he’s made a difference, he shares: “I hope I’ve helped the children on my cases know that there are people who care for them and want to see them succeed.”
His advice for anyone considering becoming a CASA is simple but powerful: “Know your time matters. Your efforts matter. You are making a difference!”
We are so grateful for volunteers like Travis who bring heart, time, and hope to every child they serve. Thank you for all you do!
